A Note from our Founder and CEO

Welcome to iTalent Digital (iTD). iTD is a technology consultancy that is focused on putting your needs at the center of what we do and delivering real outcomes quickly. Our goal has always been to fill a gap in the market I first noticed while managing multimillion-dollar consulting contracts at companies like Apple, Sun Microsystems, Cisco and NetApp early in my career. Either consultancies were too big, charging enormous fees and lacking agility, or they did not provide the depth and breadth of consulting and software development expertise required to solve difficult business and technical challenges.

In addition to the capability gap, I also noticed a cultural gap in how many of the traditional firms operated and knew there was a better way to meet the needs of both clients and team members. iTD has always been centered on the principles of inclusion, being fueled by experience, driven by results and inspired by relationships which I discuss in more detail below. Hopefully, everyone feels those principles in action in every experience with iTD.

Founded on Inclusion

In 2005, I founded iTD to be the type of company that I had tried in vain to find while running the large teams at big brands. As a woman founder, the journey was long, and often extremely challenging. Throughout that journey, we have focused on how to be inclusive in a way that provides a different view for our clients.

Today, our unique perspective and approach attracts a robust and diverse talent pool, which is comprised of 54% women and 59% minorities. We believe this diversity of talent, thinking and perspective leads to better outcomes for our clients. It has also led us to be active in supporting programs like GLAM – a leadership development program for girls that we are proud to have founded and which is run by some of the industry’s most prominent women. The goal is to help young girls feel like they can chart their own destiny. In the U.S. and internationally, we are also proud to continue to sponsor and run initiatives to level the playing field. Fueled by Experience

Our core aim has been to bring together ‘the best of both worlds’: a full-service consultancy that has the world-class expertise of the biggest consulting firms, with the agility and dynamism of a specialized firm. We built iTD on the premise that we would give our clients something different from the “big-four” corporate consulting experience. We put an experienced team of experts to work in true partnership with our customers, relentlessly deliver what we promise, and provide real outcomes. We also push ourselves to translate this experience into developing new thinking and insights on the challenges our clients face and sharing them with you on a regular basis
